Shipping policy
ITALY
We offer free Standard Delivery to Italy for orders over 60 €, for orders under 60 € delivery is 7 €. SDA carry our Italian deliveries and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution centre for use on the SDA website. Deliveries arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 working days after placing your order. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
EUROPE
We offer free Standard Delivery to Europe countries for orders over 100 euro, for orders under 100 € delivery is 10 €. FedEx carry our European deliveries and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution centre for use on the FedEx website. Deliveries arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Expect to receive your order within 4 to 6 working days after placing your order. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
USA & RUSSIA
We offer International shipping with FedEx, delivery is 15 €. FedEx carry our Usa & Russia deliveries and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution centre for use on the FedEx website. Deliveries arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Expect to receive your order within 5 to 7 working days after placing your order. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays. We ship outside of the EU on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties, including IT VAT. These charges are the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Any trouble with your order related to the custom, won’t be our responsibility. If the client won’t correctly take its order, it will come back in our offices. All the related expenses (shipping costs and duties) will be on client’s charge.
Extra EU
